4-6-2 70013 Oliver Cromwell at Bressingham Gardens
August 1986 at Bressingham Gardens. Pacific Locomotive 70013 Oliver Cromwell was in steam and giving footplate rides on a very short piece of track. It was sad to see this locomotive restricted to such short runs. It was like a bird in a cage or a dog kept on and never let off a short leash. Fortunately she has now moved on and is based on the Great Central Railway and certified for use on the mainline.
