Where Are You Going?
I am in a group that challenges you every 2 weeks with an assignment. This time the topic is collages with textures. Since I was out visiting the deers yesterday, I chose a photo of a deer head and then decided to continue from there. Is this what I pictured, no but this is what happened. It picked up some tiny apples on a trail and put some ribbons around the stem. The feathers are from the dollar store. I wondered what a deer would look like with a bird body and reindeer legs. The pine needles are from the yard. I used plain paper background which I added texture to post.
I had my collage on the dining room table, to get a straight on shot I stood on the chair but I wasn't high enough so I put one foot on the table to balance, unfortunately, the chair and table destabilized and down went the chair with me standing on it. I landed on my shoulder and my eye hit the camera. My son freaked out and all I could say is "my camera". So, now I have a swollen eye and sore shoulder. Tomorrow, I am co-chairing our Health & Safety meeting at work. I am a fine example of what not to do.
Good news, the camera seems fine.
