NS 052, a NASA special order rocket booster train comes southbound passing the control point at North Macon on the very south end of the Atlanta South district main line.The train is arriving in town as it passes between the Ocmulgee River bank and Rose Hill cemetary. Lead by two Union Pacific flag motors this train would make Jacksonville under the cover of darkness and run to Titusville, Florida, the following day.
