Bleak Hills
Another shot of the clouds resting on the woods. Though a very simple landscape, these are some of my favourite scenes to find in a landscape. The simplicity of the scene pulls in my eye to the details of the image. In place of a main point of interest, every needle of each pine gains an importance of its own.
In this image, I have tried to capture the momentary clearing in the cloud to layer up the hills, and show some depth in the clouds.
