Bias cut dress. Rayon challis fabric from Sawyer Brook. Bodice back lining material is Bemberg rayon in blackberry.
Used Mettler silk finish cotton thread for machine sewing (shoulder seams, pleats, and side seams) and Gutterman polyester for hand work (bodice back, casing, all tie edges, neckline edge, pocket stays and hem).
Hug A Seam seam binding for the hem... catchstitched.
