V9138 with added welt pockets and facings

Took basic vest pattern, added front and back neck facings, drafted lining and made "real" welt pockets. Used some uphostry denim gifted to me and some left over buttons from BH vest making. Pattern adjustments: rounded back (added 1/2 inch at center tapering to nothing at arm holes; back neck darts; lengthened back shoulder at shoulder seams at armhole, tapering from nothing added at neck edge to 3/8th at armhole.
