V2447 Vest - extra interfacing on welt pocket corners

After constructing the welt pocket, I noticed that the ends of the welt pocket opening could use a bit of padding and some support. I had forgone the usual interfacing on the back of the fabric where the cut for the pocket slash goes because I blocked fused the entire front. Was a mistake. so this is the "fix."
