Flat felled seam top stitching from right side
Although I have a flat felled seam presser foot, I have not been persistent in mastering how to use it to get as good or better results than I can get by pressing and basting by hand right on the edge of the pressed under seam. Depending on which side of the seam I have chosen to be on the garment side (either the folded seam allowance or the regular seam), I either edge stitch the folded under part or I flip the fabric and top stitch through the right side -- just inside the basting line.
