'Stick to me', said the magnet ..

...to the iron particles.

 

This is probably the smallest object, I have ever shot,

around 1,5 inch.

Thought these iron particles were beautiful, and deserved to fill most of the image.

Was a little surprised that my camera lens could do it.

 

I held the magnetic stick in my left hand, moved it very slowly upwards, while holding the camera in my right hand.

On the table another magnet to pull the particles into long treads.

 

Starting to see the true fascination of 'Getting in close. Really close. Closer still'' :-)
