on the dream bus
Elements 9 - london bus with segments of a samurai helmet added [quick selection and paste], then more details with the normal clone brush [my favourite tool], clone brush colour, and then distort - liquify [as well as warp to stretch things, pinch and bloat].
I also like experimenting with random use of the content-aware spot healing brush. The sky I used the smart brush to black it out. Then running it through topaz adjust 5 for - in this picture - the green [presets - stylised - glow in the dark] and often either 'brilliant cold' or 'brilliant warm' to jazz it up, topaz clean for light shadow 1 and lastly photomatix essentials [single picture] to false-HDR-effect it [usually 'soft' or 'enhanced']. Sometimes I used clone brush colour-burn large size but set to 3% to bring out the colours and details as a last step.
