Custom Tube bumper with d-ring and lights 1

Front bumper now with LED light bars and d-ring shackle mounts. Bumper is made from 2x3 square tubing. The D-ring mounts are 2 pieces of 1/2 plate welded together. The d-ring mount is bolted onto the frame with the bumper mount bolts (grade 8). These new mounts replaced a set of tow hooks that were mounted the same way.
