spring rolls

Avocados and carrots aren't traditional in Khmer spring rolls; they're a great addition though. I prefer shredded chicken over pork, but I only had pork.

I believe spring rolls are originally Vietnamese. Khmer also has a version. Japanese has the summer roll, which is quite similar. That's where I got the idea of carrots and avocado from. Hehe.
