Mystery Lights Over Sylmar

A friend was trying to figure out what a pattern of four lights she saw in the skies above Sylmar were one evening. Bright and in a patter she'd never seen on an airplane, they disappeared shortly thereafter.

This is my possible explanation: they are the lights caused by the sun reflecting off of the lights (or windows) at the L.A. County Fire Camp 9, on top of Los Pinetos Mountain.

Late last year I was hiking at sunset and noticed that I could see bright lights across the valley (hiking in Granada Hills, lights above Sylmar). The time was just right for the sun to reflect off of the windows or lights at the fire camp.
