Leipzig Market Dog

I noticed this interesting dog at a cafe near the market. After I noticed the owner noticing me staring raptly at his dog, I decided to just go over and ask him. Note: people all over the world love their dogs and are usually more than happy to talk to you about them, which (I believe) is the secret to World Peace. Dogs.
