99+% of the crowd control people were efficient, effective and really nice. And then there was this guy. I wanted to get a con bag and was going to just walk up to the desk and ask. He stopped me and told me I -had- to go through the zig-zag line...when I pointed out that there was no one in line-- couldn't I just walk up to the desk? NO, he insisted-- because I wasn't allowed to cut in front of people waiting in line...and yes, there was no one in the line.
