Hotel Mercure am Münster
I love the Mercure chain of hotels: they're owned by the same corporation that owns Motel 6 here in the states. Same philosophy: clean, sparten rooms for cheap.
This room was definitely a step up from the Hostels we'd been staying at recently: they even had A/C! The rooms were definitely clean, reasonably large and comfortable. Plus, they have hotels located within a block or two of huge tourist areas (attractions, Old Town, etc.)-- ie, they are not cheap and situated far from the action-- quite the opposite, actually!
