It's A Privelege To Pee!

One thing Tracy found out: Europe is a bit like the musical Urinetown: in public, you've got to pay to pee! On the other hand, the bathrooms are immaculate and pleasant for a Euro...so the choice is whether it's better to have foul, public bathrooms or pay-to-pee bathrooms that are spiffy. Tough call.
