Pad Problem

The whole thick pad just started to peel off. I did some searching online and figured it out: the pad surface is really akin to a thick callus. When his pads-- soaked from all the swimming earlier-- were subjected to all that running after, they were like a blister/callus that had gotten water-logged and then rubbed.
