Demon Horse
Another AGSMA group project, I was to make the ghost horse that Lyds rode on.
I bought a "Visible Horse" skeleton and carved each bone out of styrofoam, then coated each piece with a styrofoam hardener. I worked hard to get each bone anatomically correct. Hardest were the pelvis and the skull-- both of which were carved free hand from a single piece of foam (each).
All of that was coated with the pearlescent Fantasy Film material (Fantasy Film from www.artglitter.com )
The head was moved by a rod that gave me a surprising amount of control.
