Hilarious sign!
This hiking/climbing area is actually a bit of private land that the owner allows people to hike and climb on. There's a box for parking "donations" at the bottom. All the work done here is by volunteers and the owner.
This is definitely something you won't find in the litiganous U.S.! Love the sign, tho'!
