Nolan Gregory
Donehower, Minnesota
After leaving Davenport shortly after 7 in the morning, CP 2816 has finally made it to the River Sub, albeit over twelve hours later. The signature S-curve at the west end of Donehower siding provided the last sunlight of the day on the Hudson and train 41B flying west past the DP of a stopped eastbound freight. The crew is doing their very best to make it to the day's destination of Humboldt Yard at a reasonable time, but the approximately 400 mile trip was plagued with delays and many meets with other trains along the single track Davenport and Marquette Subdivisions.
