Crestline, Ohio

Madison, IL - Conway, PA manifest 10E (abolished as of today) rolls eastward under the massive signal bridge at CP West Yard in Crestline, Ohio in sweet early morning light. The train is led by a locomotive that has undoubtedly passed through the town of Crestline many times over the past few decades, former Conrail SD80MAC No. 4101, now under NS ownership as their 7200. After the crew from Fort Wayne outlawed west of the diamond at Colsan, the next crew incurred even more delays due to heavy traffic on the Sandusky District, allowing for well lit shots with the many old signals along this stretch of the Fort Wayne Line. I can't believe Matt Arnold wanted to skip this to go after an RJ Corman train in Kentucky that ended up not even running!
