Wheeling & Lake Erie train 223 is seen here passing the Lorian County Fairgrounds in Wellington, Ohio as it rolls west toward Hartland Yard and eventually Toledo. The lead locomotive, WE 6383 is of Milwaukee Road heritage and was acquired by the Wheeling in 2001.
