Connect 2 Compete

They launched an initiative called “Connect to Compete” back in November of 2011 which suggests low-cost broadband internet services at $9.95 a month (plus tax) to be offered by “participating NCTA member cable companies” to households with at least one child who is eligible for free lunches at their public school.
