Turkistan - Yasaui mausoleum

The impressive wall used to enclose the entire complex around the Kozha Akhmed Yasaui mausoleum, but only parts of it remained standing. There is a beautiful grove of fruit trees and a large red rose garden planted in front of the tomb. The red rose has a specific significance in Islam as a symbol of devotion. A red rose garden was also planted in front of the tomb of Abakh Hoja in Kashgar.
