Cold Steam Engine/Generator - Utilizing the reaction Dry Ice has when it sublimates in water, the engine produces large volumes of CO2 in a reaction chamber which then some of the CO2 gets pumped into overflow tanks while the rest gets sent through a pressure/flow regulation/flow system to help with both efficiency and to prevent potential explosions in the reaction chamber. After this area is the turbine/gear shaft assembly, where the high pressure "steam' spins the turbine/gear shaft which is either attached to a Alternator or to an additional length of pipe to allow it to be used as either a electricity generator or as a small vehicle motor like a dune buggy or ATV.
