Mopheads - cactus zinnias
This is the first time growing Cactus Zinnia and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a good laugh when looking at them. They remind me of mopheads and Jeff Dunham’s puppet Peanut. What’s really surprised me is how much I like orange flowers because orange fell out of my favor back in the ’70’s. The light was pleasing in this part of the garden so I grabbed the camera with the LensBaby Velvet 85 lens and had a go at flower photography which isn’t really all that easy when getting down to the serious side of the art. I’ve had some success and there is so much I need to learn guess I’ll have to keep planting flowers.
