Tuckered out

This litter of squirrel pups were up in the live oak canopy playing with wild abandon after waking from their nap. More than one time we thought some were going to fall out of the tree because of the rough games they were playing.

This is the same spot I was in when I captured the raccoon descending to the ground not long ago. From this day forward I dub it "my lucky tree".
