Early morning at the pasture

Sunrises are a crap shoot one day the sky is ablaze with light and colors and the next the cloud cover is so dense light barely makes an appearance. However, each sunrise/sunset is a gift no two are the same yet they offer a certain tranquility that is only available at the time it unfolds. This pastoral scene wasn't what I had hoped for when I got up on this day yet the result is pleasing and brings me back to the stillness it held.
