HOODED MERGANSER couple

A small retention pond gets visiting wildlife from time to time on this day a pair of hooded mergansers were there. I went home for my camera and spent some time observing them as they paddled around and ate their lunch. Glad I wasn't lazy because their visit was a one day opportunity.
