How Do You Spell Adventure On Interstate 75?

B L O W O U T ! ! !

No trip or vacation is complete without some little bit of adventure or cost.

We encountered both.

Luckily it was a back tire. Not so lucky to be traveling at highway speed (a tad bit over the speed limit).

We were quite fortunate to have met with a very friendly and helpful Florida Highway Patrol Officer. He placed his vehicle, with flashers, directly behind ours and assisted us with our spare tire. I now regret not finding out his name. I would like to commend his friendly and helpful assistance.

We had a good laugh about how well all the traffic was behaving while we were there.

Sometimes the best experience can come from a bad situation.

So, I did not get to the beach today.

So we spent over $700.00 for a front end alignment and new tires.

So we spent the afternoon at Tires Plus.

It was an adventure.

The day ended well with four new tires - the tread was low anyways with over 52,000 miles.

And we had a nice meal at Ruby Tuesday.

My VISA card got a good workout.

All is well.
