i purposely added no title to this originally, to see if anyone would think it was a tilt shift. which sort of worked.

 

but, no, this is a big fake. it's just a model. but tilt-shift photos are are actually fakes of model shots, so this is the real thing. so, the answer is, yes, this isn't a fake model shot.
