Buzz Lightyear's Spaceship
I originally thought the Toy Story sets looked pretty cool, but hadn't been planning to get any. Then, I saw Toy Story 3. It was just too awesome of a movie to not get any of the sets. I decided that I'd get Buzz's spaceship, since I liked the minifigs (especially Buzz) and even though the ship didn't look perfect, I figured I'd be able to mod it into something better. I ended up getting Construct-a-Buzz as well, since if I got two sets at TRU, I'd get the BOGO discount. I completely redid the spaceship, and I'm quite pleased with the result. The back of the ship can't open anymore, but the cockpit still can.
