Nun's Cross Farm [In Explore 4/1/17]
Last night my friend Kev and Myself took a venture up to Nun's Cross Farm on Dartmoor. It's an abandoned farm up by Prince town. We didn't really have a clue how to get there as we'd never been there before. We drove as far as well could on the road and then walked using Google Maps on my phone. It was about half a mile before we got to the farm house which loomed out of the darkness when we arrived. We found a spot, set up our cameras and starting getting a few test shots. Once we were happy we started taking various shots of the stars and the farmhouse. It was our first time doing anything like this and it was really difficult to get everything in focus as it was pitch black with nothing to focus on. By lightpainting the farmhouse we got the shots we wanted. During the shoot we had a very inquisitive fox come and join us and it was a pretty amazing thing to witness!
