Frustrated, we jokingly wondered why we couldn't just take an arm off our butcher block sofa chairs and place it on something....like our IKEA antonius wire drawer cabinet? Well, we did.

 

By the way, per the sofa chair, we have another one and are now thinking of removing an arm from it, and pushing them together to make a loveseat.
