Rich cake (socni kolac)

This Bosnia-Herzegovina cake, also called socni kolac, is actually flourless. It's made of eggs, coconut flakes, nuts, and raisin, drenched in a sugar syrup. The texture is pudding-like rather than cake-like. Topped with whipped cream, it's quite rich and true to its name.
