Mosaic cake

This Turkish cake is based on the recipe at ye-mek.net. I substituted dark chocolate with white chocolate, cocoa with matcha, and walnuts with pistachios.

 

Mixed with petit beurre biscuits, it does look like a mosaic design, It's not your typically sponnge cake, but a ganache loaded with bits of nuts and biscuits.
