Nama-chocolate cake

Nama-chocolate, as it's known in Japan, is made using dark chocolate and fresh cream, then dusted with cocoa powder (I also added a dusting of matcha powder). It's thicker than a ganache and can be cut into slices.

I baked chocolate tart shell and filled it with the rich nama-chocolate. The filling recipe is from Nami at justonecookbook.com. For a touch of sweetness, I piped in rings of chantilly cream.
