Joffre cake

Casa Capșa in Romania created this chocolate cake in honor of the French Marshal Joseph Joffre. The cake is distinctive because of its use of ganache and less sugar, to accomodate Joffre's diabetes. It's also recognizable by the characteristic scalloped edge.
