Watergate cake

This cake is a reference to Richard Nixon, who loved pistachio. The cake itself is a chiffon flavored with Jello-O pistachio pudding mix. Between the layers is the Pistachio Delight (aka Watergate salad). The whole thing is covered with Cool Whip.
