Kiev cake

The buttercream flowers design partially inspired by Roshen.

 

My sister aptly dubbed this a "macaron" cake. The cake itself is meringue with cashews folded it and baked at low temperature for 2 hrs. The texture turns out to be crunchy, soft, and chewy all at the same time. It went well with the condensed milk chocolate cream.
