I have been feeling it lately. Though I have been enjoying many wonderful adventures lately, I have been feeling the stress that tends to build. Almost as much as I love my Kim Time, I love my sports and following my teams (Always Support Your Team) and this weekend I had two of my teams just go "poof" - gone. On one hand this is devastating and on another, this frees up a fair bit of free time. There has been some other things going on too but hey, such is life right? What to do? Well my solution was to put on a black dress and head out to my most favourite lounge. I even stepped up and had a fancy non-alcoholic drink and a lovely dessert. The staff there is super amazing and I had some fun conversations. I was enjoying sharing hair spray tips and the best consignment stores here. Plus, just answering those questions that people have and sharing thoughts. Highlights? Being told that I have such a genuine smile and another customer as she was leaving stopping to share that she loved my hair. It is these little moments that make this all worthwhile. It was just the relaxing time that I needed. My camera does not do night portraits very well but I was able to capture a couple of good ones.
