John's XJ4.2C is one of the original 139 coupes officially sold by JRA in Australia, which was the subject of an unintended full 2 year restoration which was completed in the Spring of 2008.
Allen found his XJ4.2C in Perth, after looking at countless coupes many of which just did not come up to his expectations. Purchasing this as a previously restored coupe site unseen, Allen took delivery of it and although looked presentable, it has been continually enhanced and improved to bring it up to the impeccable coupe that is seen here today.
