Flutter Kicks

Begin lying on back with hands under bottom. Legs are out straight, together and toes pointed. Tighten core, push lower back against the ground. Lift both legs 2-3 inches off ground and alternate raising and lowering the legs (without allowing them to touch the ground).

 

Key points:

-Keep legs straight and toes pointed.

-Kicks should be small.
