2710 - Rockette Bob

Rockette Bob has been living in the parking lot of an abandoned Lowes store for several weeks. His 'front yard' is filled with a colorful assortment of art supplies, which he continues to add to his 2 art cars & a well-decorated travel trailer. After noticing the lack of license plates on his vehicles, I asked him where they were registered? He just pointed up to the sky.
