Legacy of Heroes: Forever Vigilant

A tribute to Jeremy Green the founder of the League of Heroes group. Also, this is the start to a new LoH series where I make and post other people’s OCs. If there are any specific characters that you would like to see me make, comment it and I will take it into consideration. Keep in mind that I do not have every single minifig part ever made, so some heroes may be out of the question.
