Maximus Tom III, aka Flyby, is a technological genius and master sniper/gunman. He designed a titanium-Kevlar exoskeleton operated by an artificial intelligence system he dubbed "Cyberchip", or "Chip" for short. His suit allows flight and two extra arms.
