This is our Charter

In 1839 around 10,000 men marched on Newport from all over the adjacent valleys to protest for the rights in their 'Charter', although they were brutally suppressed all these rights except one have been granted in the years since - Our rights have been fought for and died for over the years, we should never take them for granted.
