ORIGIN AND DISCOVERY OF ANTÚRIO

 

Native to the forests of New Granada, Colombia, the anthurium was discovered in 1876 and is a success in Europe to this day. It is from here that come some of the most colorful and exotic hybrids, capable of producing red, white, pink, green, black and striated purple or pink flowers.
