Shining through
I took this early one morning on my way to work in rural eastern Colorado. The open plains were blanketed in a very dense layer of fog, but the sky above the fog layer was clear, allowing the sunlight to filter through the mist and create the most magical atmosphere I've ever seen. I only wish I'd had time to take more pictures!
Other than a minor crop, this is straight from the camera.
